Villa Sukun has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests (e.g. 6 adults + 4 children) as standard. Maximum capacity is 12 guests with additional charges. We do not count infants under 2 years.

Yes! Complimentary breakfast is included (pick 2 items from our menu). Additional meals — lunch and dinner — are available on request at ₹300 per plate. Our caretaker prepares fresh, home-cooked vegetarian food and eggs. Coffee Bar items (tea, coffee, milk, lemon tea) are always complimentary.

We provide WiFi, parking, hot water, portable heaters and fans on request, quality linens and toiletries, and a 24/7 caretaker. All three bedrooms face the tea gardens. We also have a separate driver room available on request.

No — and you won't need it! Coonoor sits at ~1,768 meters elevation with pleasant weather year-round. We provide portable heaters for cold evenings and fans if needed.

While we don't provide transport directly, we can connect you with reliable local taxi services for airport transfers and sightseeing. Just let us know your needs when booking.

Absolutely. Villa Sukun is located within Camelot Heights, a peaceful gated community in Bandishola. Coonoor is generally a very safe town, and we have a caretaker on premises 24/7 and security guard at night.

Yes! Airtel, Jio, and Vi all have good 4G coverage in Coonoor. We also provide complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

This is a home, not a homestay — we ask guests to treat it with care. Key rules: No smoking inside the villa, no pets, no parties or loud music, quiet hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, and valid ID required for all guests. We serve vegetarian food and eggs only.

Yes! We have reliable WiFi and peaceful surroundings — perfect for remote work. Many guests extend their stays to combine work and relaxation.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability — just ask us.

During regular periods, no minimum stay. During holidays, we require minimum stays: 3 nights for Christmas/New Year and Summer Holidays, 2 nights for other holiday periods (see Holiday Premium section on Reservations page for details).

Full refund if cancelled 21+ days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 8-21 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or no-shows.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

About 19 km / 45 minutes by road. You can easily visit Ooty for a day trip while staying with us in quieter, more peaceful Coonoor.

Yes, Coonoor town is just a few kilometers away with shops, pharmacies, ATMs, and restaurants. We can also help arrange grocery delivery before your arrival.

Plenty! Sim's Park (~5 km), Dolphin's Nose viewpoint (~12 km), Highfield Tea Factory (~6 km), Lamb's Rock (~8 km), and Ooty (~19 km). We're also close to Wellington and the Madras Regimental Centre for those interested in military history.
